La División de Población de la CEPAL (CELADE) ha actualizado el banco de datos IMILA (Investigación de la Migración Internacional en Latinoamérica), que comprende información censal relativa a las migraciones en la región desde 1980, para distintos países.

The actualization of IMILA database, incorporating the 2010 census round is a very important contribution for the migration studies in Latin America. We are anxiously waiting for this since the beginning of this decade. It is a topic that deserves attention of migration researchers and should be disseminated to the entire community!
